Our entire knitting plant is fully fashion and we are able to construct garments using cup seaming, linking or a combination of the two to produce true fully fashion knitwear. In this case the individual pieces are more engineered so that each garment piece is made with no extra fabric and the pieces are basically knitted together at the seams.

We have traditionally provided our customers with cut & sew knitwear and still offer this service today whereby the method of garment construction is overlocking. This is the most economical form of garment construction and more suited to large volumes.

Typically, a knitted garment consists of separate parts— the front and back body panels and the sleeves—which are sewn together afterward. Using Shima Seiki technology knitwear is produced in one entire piece, three-dimensionally, directly on the knitting machine, realising a whole new kind of knitwear that would otherwise require highly skilled sewing labor or even be too complicated to sew. Because there are no seams to hinder motion, WHOLEGARMENT knitwear is suited to applications outside the realm of fashion as well, such as sports, medical, and other examples of wearable smart technology. Seam-free “second skin” fit and comfort, in addition to the sustainable benefits of knitwear that consumes only the material required to produce a single garment, makes WHOLEGARMENT the “ideal knitwear.”

Working in conjunction with our SMETA audited printing factory we can offer a full spectrum print service, from screen printing to rotary printing, caviar beading, flocking, laser, diamontics, glitter, foiling, embossing etc.
